This policy describes the standards for The Techleez at thetechleez.com. It explains how to read our guides, how AI assistance is used and how readers can report errors. It is an editorial standard, not a guarantee that every older article is complete or current.
Reader and scope
Our focus is practical digital life for readers in India: phones, accounts, online safety, AI tools and online services. Related business, streaming and lifestyle articles remain in our wider library. A topic should answer a specific reader question and offer a useful next step, comparison or checklist.
Sources and consequential claims
Official product documentation, government portals, published rules and provider terms take priority for features, eligibility, fees and safety instructions. Articles should link to the source supporting a consequential claim. A search result, another blog or an AI response is not enough to establish a current rule.
We distinguish a provider’s statement from our judgement. Where a claim cannot be verified, it should be qualified, removed or clearly identified as uncertain. Financial and public-service guides are general information: the responsible authority determines eligibility and outcomes.
Original value and comparisons
Guides should add a clear explanation, decision process, worked example or troubleshooting sequence. We do not treat changing a title or rewording another publisher’s article as original reporting. Comparisons should state what is being compared and the reader constraints that can change the result.
We do not describe a tool as tested unless the article explains the test. A hypothetical example must be labelled as an example. We do not invent testimonials, qualifications, user counts or guaranteed results.
AI assistance and authorship
AI tools may assist research organisation, drafting, editing and illustration. AI-assisted wording is not independent evidence. Names in bylines identify the published author or the shared Techleez Editorial Team; a shared byline does not imply specialist credentials. Illustrations should not be mistaken for photographs documenting an event or proof of a product test.
Dates and corrections
Article pages show their original publication and last modification dates. A modification date indicates an edit, not a claim that every detail was retested that day. Material corrections should explain what changed in an update note. Prices, interfaces and public-service requirements should be checked with the relevant provider before acting.
For an error, email info@thetechleez.com with “Correction” and the article URL. Describe the issue and, where possible, link the official evidence. Remove private account information from screenshots. We cannot promise a response deadline or recovery of an account.
Advertising and commercial links
Where advertising is displayed, it must be distinguishable from editorial content. A sponsored article or affiliate relationship should be disclosed where it affects a page. A product mention is not an endorsement, and an advert does not establish the accuracy of a provider’s claims. Readers should not click advertisements to support this website.
Safety and limits
We do not ask readers to send passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or identity documents. We do not represent the services or public bodies covered in our guides. Instructions must not bypass security checks or assume a backup exists without verification.
